Your mission:
Do you want to be an actor in the fascinating environment of an Air Navigation Service Provider? Within our team you develop GIS (Geographic Information Systems) applications for the CNS (Communication, Navigation and Surveillance) department.
Your tasks:
- Develop new and refine existing GIS applications related to CNS with the tool QGIS
- Elaborate a concept for the storage of results from studies, CNS information, etc. within QGIS
- Develop work flows for GIS users
- Exchange with Skyguide colleagues in various locations
- Documentation of work
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Geography, Geospatial Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of GIS and experience with QGIS is a prerequisite
- Programming skills in Python is highly desirable
- You give feedback promptly, honestly, and with the aim of achieving a constructive outcome or finding a solution. behavioural competency
- Excellent knowledge of English, French and/or German is an asset
