Your tasks
- Define and Drive Strategic Sales Growth: Further development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy with the relevant key players in the market, which is geared towards sustainable growth in our core DACH market and long-term success.
- Expand and Strengthen the Partner Ecosystem: Identify and acquire strategic partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology partners, to enhance market share and extend the company's reach. Build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with partners mainly in the DACH region; expansions are of course conceivable
- Lead High-Impact Negotiations: Negotiate and finalize complex partnership agreements, establishing clear KPIs, target objectives, and incentive structures to ensure mutual success.
- Own Partner Sales Performance: Take responsibility for sales and growth targets in the partner channel, continuously monitoring performance and optimizing strategies to achieve ambitious but realistic goals.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and senior management to align on partner strategy, execute joint marketing and sales initiatives, and incorporate partner feedback to refine products and processes.
- Build and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Lead and develop a motivated team of Partner Managers and Partner Marketing Managers and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and growth.
