As a Procurement team, we: Ensure the seamless flow of goods, materials, and services to meet business needs while driving cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Our team works cross-functionally with departments like Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, ensuring optimal purchasing decisions and fostering strategic supplier relationships.
Joining us as a Logistics Buyer, you will: Take ownership of logistics and transportation procurement categories, ensuring continuity and quality in our supply chain. You’ll play a vital role in negotiating transportation contracts, optimizing procurement processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve cost savings and operational excellence.
Our new team member needs to:
- Have a commercial or technical degree.
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation procurement. Experience in the Swiss market is a plus.
- Be fluent in English (written and verbal). German needs be at least on B1 - conversational level.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Show dynamism, motivation, and a proactive approach to professional growth.
- Possess project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
- Have basic knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
- Experience with SAP/R3 is a plus.
