Our client, a leading company in the telecommunications industry, is looking for a skilled and results-oriented professional to optimize their Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will manage performance, streamline workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key changes and system enhancements.
Your tasks:
- Optimize P2P processes by driving accountability and end-to-end ownership for responsiveness, quality, and effectiveness
- Manage performance through continuous improvement by measuring key metrics
- Review KPIs and supplier reconciliations, providing governance through regular reviews
- Partner with business units to embed spend policies and promote chatbot use
- Drive change by collaborating with IT and transformation teams to improve systems and supplier onboarding

qualifications
Your qualification:- You have five years of experience in a Purchase-to-Pay management position
- You bring a proven track record in project management, with the ability to implement measurable process improvements and lead end-to-end organizational change
- You possess strong IT skills (preferably SAP), excellent communication abilities, and a natural talent for influencing stakeholders effectively at all levels
- You are fluent in English, with proficiency in German and other Swiss languages seen as a valuable asset
