Deloitte Forensic is one of the largest forensic advisory practices in Switzerland. We assist clients across a broad spectrum of industries by providing specialist advice relating to fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering and regulatory investigations. Our work frequently involves highly sensitive engagements, which gain regulatory scrutiny and media attention.
We are currently expanding our forensic practice and are seeking talented, highly motivated, and innovative practitioners with strong managerial experience in the area of investigations, regulatory enquiries, disputes, data separation/integration and artificial intelligence applied to these fields.
Our team is looking for people passionate about seeking and developing a career within our Discovery & Data Management team. eDiscovery, Technology-Driven Investigations, Data Services for M&A and AI-Empowered Knowledge Discovery from unstructured data is our core expertise.
How you can make an impact
- Participate in complex cross-border eDiscovery & Investigation projects and take responsibility for technology and analytics workstreams across the entire eDiscovery project lifecyle (data collection, processing, review support and production).
- Support and advise Clients to plan and execute large scale unstructured data separation and integration in the context of M&A.
- Create new ways of accelerating and enabling knowledge discovery workflows by leveraging state-of-the-art AI approaches.
- Develop relationships, establish credibility, and instill confidence in clients, enabling them to react confidently in a crisis or investigation by leveraging Deloitte’s global network, deep industry experience, and advanced analytical technology.
- Lead engagements and provide strategic direction to the team to deliver a superior client experience.
- Actively manage the Firm’s risk from take-on activities through to completion of engagements.
- Develop the team through constant coaching, monitoring and feedback, providing challenging goals and ensuring team members have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to grow.
Who we are looking for
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other related majors.
- 10+ years of Big4 experience in managing eDiscovery, Investigations, Analytics projects, including planning, execution and controlling.
- Technology background, a proven record in data analysis, and an in-depth knowledge of SQL and programming languages (e.g., Python). Applied NLP techniques experience is a plus (Predictive Coding, LLM).
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements.
- Negotiation and influencing skills, and the confidence to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- English and German or French. Any other language is a plus.
