System Administrator (Data Platform)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Global Data Platform components and applications
• Support and implement for Collibra API / Services and manage Collibra (Userbase and Access)
• Configure and maintain Collibra Edge server
• Manage documentation for solution design, security concept, and blueprints
• Participate in the CI/CD pipeline integration
• Support processes for DevOps operation (define and set development, test, release, update)
• Handle incident management and root cause analysis

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing systems and applications in Linux/Unix
• Experience managing cluster environment operations such as Kubernetes and/or Distributed Storage such as S3/HDFS
• Advanced proficiency in Bash and Python scripting
• Proficiency in setting up and scaling VMs and Kubernetes clusters, managing Docker with Harbor, and pushing images through CI/CD pipelines
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience operating and working with complex data environment from data integration to data consumption and catalogue (MDM)
• Experience with APIs/Web services
• DevOps On-prem / cloud certification
• Unix/Linux administration certification
• Experience in the financial industry
• Good German language skills
