Manager Clinical Research

As part of the Clinical Research team, the main objective of your work is the clinical development of InnoMedica's products with the aim of applying innovative drugs in clinical trials to patients and ultimately bringing them to market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for a team of seven
• Overseeing and managing the department activities
• Develop, implement and monitor the clinical research strategy
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Keeping track of resources, budget and timelines

 As prerequisites for this exciting and challenging job, we expect an education in the fields of medicine, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy or a similar area of expertise. Existing practical work experience in Clinical Research of at least 5 years is required. You have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in leading a small team. You are an analytical thinker and maintain the overview even in hectic situations. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills, are fluent in English and have a very good command of German. You show initiative and entrepreneurial spirit and are excited to participate in the dynamics of an innovative small company.
