What makes your role special
- Strategy & Implementation: In close collaboration with the Head of Brand & Digital, you will develop and implement strategies for digital fundraising and brand marketing.
- Performance Marketing: You are responsible for performance marketing measures, focusing on conversion optimization and effective use of paid media.
- Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns for donor and supporter acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
- Digital Channels: Managing and optimizing all digital channels, including SEO/SEA, social media advertising, YouTube, display ads, and email marketing.
- Web analytics & optimisation: Conducting web analytics to improve website performance; optimising landing pages to increase conversion rates.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Measuring and analyzing the performance of all digital marketing activities; deriving optimization measures and effectively managing the budget.
- Collaboration: Coordination with external agencies and active exchange with internal stakeholders to identify and implement new marketing and fundraising opportunities.
What we are looking for
- Education & Experience: A degree in marketing/communication with a focus on digital marketing or equivalent qualifications; several years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong skills in analysing data (e.g. Google Analytics) and managing KPIs and budgets; ability to make data-based decisions.
- Performance marketing expertise: Proven experience in performance marketing as well as in the successful implementation and optimisation of digital campaigns.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEA, Google Ads, social media advertising and email marketing tools.
- Language Skills: Very good written and spoken German or English; Italian or French are an advantage.
- Web management: Experience in managing websites and creating landing pages is an advantage.
- Personal Traits: Creative and strategic thinking, passion for fundraising, interest in children’s rights, strong communication skills, and team spirit.
