DESCRIPTION:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our international sales team and drive our global sales strategy for our precision workholding and modular tool systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of workholding and modular tool systems in global markets, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve ambitious sales targets. The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and leading the global sales team. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to make data-driven decisions, and possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence in the aviation and aerospace component manufacturing industry.
- Lead and manage the global sales team, fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and teamwork to maximize performance and ensure alignment with company values.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights for product development and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of diverse markets.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the machine indexable tool and workholding industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both English and German. French is a plus.
