As the International Product Manager for Alzheimer‘s Disease in Core Lab, you are responsible for contributing to the launch preparation and launch execution of Alzheimer‘s Disease solutions. At the same time you are supporting the Neurology Lifecycle Team to deliver on its overarching priorities contributing to a holistic customer solution approach.
The Opportunity:

Collaborate on product solutions, manage systematic commercial development, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget product delivery.

Provide market support, address quality issues, and guide affiliates. Additionally, gather and prioritize customer requirements to identify portfolio gaps.

Identify new market opportunities through analysis of market, customer, and competitor data, and develop actions to address competitor activities.

Manage Alzheimer’s Disease partnering opportunities and lead development efforts to ensure alignment with budget, scope, and timeline.

Coordinate different efforts in the Alzheimer disease space across different functions and teams to ensure an aligned approach.

Support market preparation efforts, including market access, global regulatory approvals, and affiliate training.

Model behaviors to support the organization’s transformation to new, more Agile Ways of Working – e.g. new decision making/governance practices, collaboration, etc.
Who You Are:
-
3+ years in pharmaceuticals or diagnostics, with strong business and financial acumen, sales and marketing experience, and a deep understanding of the diagnostics industry, global product management, and country-level operations.

Expertise in Alzheimer’s Disease and proven success in coordinating global launches of medical value solutions are highly appreciated.

Demonstrated commercial capabilities in Roche or external organizations, with experience driving strategic initiatives and navigating ambiguity.

Exemplifies accountability, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to results, fostering positive partnerships through influencing, negotiation, and conflict management

Strong skills in communication, organization, planning, and relationship-building with customers and stakeholders.

Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, embrace continuous learning, and lead change while promoting collaboration, breaking down siloes, and driving value creation across the organization.
