We are looking for a Quality Project Manager to join our Belimo team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing quality processes in projects, ensuring global quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

• Plan and complete global quality projects: You are responsible for initiating, planning, and implementing projects to improve quality on a global scale.
• High standards in the PCP process: You monitor and ensure that all processes meet established quality standards throughout the entire organization and ensure that quality standards and guidelines are implemented in new product development and production processes.
• Coordinate all quality-related activities and resources: You work with experts to support PFMEA finalization and production readiness release and manage quality resources.
• Advise management and business partners: You act as an advisor to management and business partners on all quality-related matters and provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives: You lead initiatives to continuously improve operational excellence and maximize customer value.

• Academical degree and experience: You have a degree in Engineering or Quality Management and significant experience in a similar role, ideally within a large-scale manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Excellence in quality topics: You have a strong quality mindset, and you are used to execute quality concepts, and support colleagues and stakeholders towards a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Motivates people: You possess strong people management skills and can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve their best.
• Language and communication are key: You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
