Your Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in our boutique and grooming salon.

• Handle bookings, phone calls, and customer inquiries with professionalism.

• Process sales transactions and recommend pet products based on customer needs.

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing boutique space.

• Coordinate with groomers to manage appointments and customer expectations.

• Assist in merchandising, stock management, and sales promotions.

• Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners.

Your Profile

• Experience in retail, reception, or customer service (preferably in the pet industry).

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet care and grooming services.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable handling pets of various sizes and temperaments.

• Basic computer skills (POS systems, appointment scheduling software).

• Fluency in German & English (French or Italian is a plus).
