How you can make an impact
- Technical Leadership: Lead in Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) and Integrated Operation Center, focusing on requirements management and sharing best practices
- Requirements Management: Collaborate closely with Product Management to align ATS (CBTC/Interlocking) requirements with market needs and company goals
- Subsystem Interfaces: Analyze interfaces like SCADA and public announcement systems to define impacts on ATS, assessing gaps for specific tenders and projects
- Feature Integration and Change Management: Manage the integration of new features and changes in ATS, developing specifications and coordinating with teams for timely execution
- Support for Offers and Projects: Provide expert guidance on ATS specifications for projects, ensuring adherence to customer needs and industry standards
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with Engineering, sales, and project management to integrate ATS requirements and facilitate project success
How you will contribute
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in rail signalling engineering with a focus on ATS or Integrated Operation Centers
- Skills: Expertise in feature integration, change management, and requirements specification
- Strong knowledge of ATS in CBTC or fixed-block signalling systems. Familiar with SCADA systems
- Abilities: Excellent at managing multiple priorities, with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Travel: Willingness to travel for projects and stakeholder meetings
- Start immediately or upon agreement
