To cover for a maternity leave from early/mid-May to end October 2025, Deloitte’s Communications team holds an attractive, temporary opportunity for you!
How you can make an impact
- Drive internal communications campaigns for People & Purpose (HR) from concept and overall planning to implementation and reporting
- Shape internal communications within People & Purpose, providing counsel and advising colleagues and leaders on best practices
- Support employee communications on all internal communications channels, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand alignment
- Contribute to a variety of exciting internal communication and engagement initiatives, e.g. campaigns and events driven by Employee Resource Groups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align People & Purpose communications with overall organisational goals and initiatives
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications across multiple internal comms channels
- Support town hall meetings by providing People & Purpose content, including agenda development, speaker preparation, and post-event communications
- Manage and update the People & Purpose intranet page to ensure content is current, relevant, and engaging for employees
Who we are looking for
- You have at least three years of experience in communications, ideally in internal communications, either in-house or at an agency
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in communications, social sciences, law or economics
- You have strong conceptual, writing and editorial skills and an innovative mindset to develop convincing and engaging communications
- You're curious and proactive, enjoy working independently while also being a strong team player with excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver against tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (mother tongue or near native) and German, French is a plus

In this role you report to the Head of Internal Communications, and work closely with the Chief People Officer, various topic owners and other relevant stakeholders.
