About the Role
As a Store Manager at JOE & THE JUICE, you take full responsibility for the operation and development of your store. You ensure excellent service, a motivated team, and an inspiring company culture. You will work closely with the Market Management team to create a positive work environment, ensure operational excellence, and represent the brand image of JOE & THE JUICE.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or retail. Previous leadership experience and possession of a hospitality permit (Wirte Patent).
The ideal candidate has:
- Residence in Lucerne/Zug, Switzerland.
- Understanding of legal frameworks and regulations (OR, ArbvG, L-GAV).
- Passion and proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- High sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and a good understanding of business metrics.
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for being actively involved in daily operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Fluent German and English skills as well as proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation and profitability of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to enhance individual and collective performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and adherence to brand standards.
- Recruit and onboard new team members in collaboration with the Market Management team.
- Continuously analyze store performance and implement improvement measures.
- Oversight of all purchasing, logistics, and disposal processes, as well as operational performance
- Efficiently plan and manage operational processes (e.g., scheduling, inventory management).
- Foster a positive and productive company culture.
