The base
You’ll be based in our Hong Kong office that’s located at Two Pacific Place.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a 5 months contract Client Services Executive to join our Client Services team and work under the direction of the Head of Client Services and part of the team to provide support for client due diligence, review presentations and projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for KYC/AML process for client on-boarding;
• Responsible for on-going/event driven client due diligence;
• Prepare presentations for investment review meetings and member briefings for review by respective Client Services Executive/Client Service Manager and Client Directors;
• Lead the review and streamline of the presentation preparation process to improve efficiency;
• Asist in global, regional and local projects.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector preferably in Asset Management.
• Experience in client due diligence of institutional and intermediary clients.
• Experience in client on-boarding.
• Experience in managing projects related to client group initiatives such as process enhancement.
• Enjoys interacting with clients and across teams internally.
