Job Description
Administrative processing :
- Contact person for GBS Team and auditors for CertIQ issues
- Preparation of client’s offers
- Coordination of audits and deadline control / scheduling in CertIQ
- Correct recording in CertIQ database / CRM
- Handling of clients issues
- Contacting clients before and after audits
- Approval of auditors invoices
- Upload of documents to Sharepoint / ePac
- Vacation deputies for other back office employees
Qualifications
- Basic commercial education and if possible further training
- Several years of experience within the same position
- Fluent in German and English
- Handling with modernPC applications
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, flexible and accurate
- Team oriented
