Job description:
1. Understand and implement the company's strategic development plan, carry out the business design of the unit, be responsible for market operations and business expansion, be responsible for the company's internal and external compliance control work, and ensure the completion of KPI assessment indicators
2. Responsible for establishing and improving the company's organizational structure, rationally allocating human resources according to the needs of the company's development stage, and doing a good job in team selection and team building
3. Responsible for market insights and customer demand insights in the region, responsible for the maintenance of important merchant relationships, responsible for building and maintaining a circle of friends and ecosystem between the company, customers and partners, and improving the influence of the China Unicom brand in the local market
4. Organize the company's daily operation and management, asset operations, network operation management, internal control and risk management, formulate and improve the company's rules and regulations, and ensure the company's orderly management and high-quality development
5. Maintain the company's local image, establish a working relationship with the Chinese embassy in the country, and abide by local laws and regulations, professional ethics and the company's rules and regulations
6. Responsible for organizing and completing other temporary and phased work and tasks assigned by superiors
Qualification:
1. Master degree or above in business management, communications, computers and other related majors
2. With international vision, awareness of open innovation and Internet thinking, and awareness of digital operation and management. Have good information analysis, problem solving, resource integration capabilities, communication and coordination, and outstanding service awareness. Loyal and responsible, with an overall view, good at self-motivation and building a passionate and efficient team
3. Fluent in English and those with local language or Chinese working ability will be given priority
4. Minimum of 8 years years of management experience in the telecommunications industry
5. Proven track-record of overseas front-line experience
