This is a rare opportunity to spearhead major technology initiatives, including managing the LightSpray™ World Tour and ensuring seamless operational rollouts at key running events across our core markets.As the Senior Lead - LightSpray™ Manufacturing Technology Initiatives, you will be responsible for bringing new technologies and processes to maturity before transitioning them to other leaders for ongoing management. Your expertise in scaling projects, streamlining operations, and driving long-term success will be essential in this role.

Your Mission

Your primary focus will be leading strategic, technology-driven projects across global production locations, serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Your goal will be to drive continuous innovation, ensure seamless production line setups, and support smooth operations as we scale our advanced manufacturing systems.

• Drive the implementation of the Manufacturing LightSpray™ World Tour, managing mobile demonstration production across global event destinations (70% focus)
• Act as the Strategic Project Manager supporting the Zurich production team (30% focus until March 2024)
• Ensure the optimal set up and optimization of our pilot manufacturing facility in Asia, working with external vendors and spending 1–2 days per week overseeing project progress
• Lead a team of six, including one Project Manager and five Robotic Operators spread across the US and Europe
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance manufacturing technologies and implement future improvements that ensure long-term operational efficiency and innovation
• Spearhead continuous technology enhancements for global production operations, ensuring that the latest innovations are integrated into production workflows
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within Production, Innovation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and many more.
• Travel globally for World Tour events, with key events planned for Boston, USA (2024), and Berlin, EU (2025)
