What to Expect:
- Track, analyze, and optimize existing campaign performance using analytics tools and customer journey insights
- Develop and implement end-to-end campaigns across web channels including email and SMS ensuring alignment with eCommerce objectives
- Conduct detailed end-to-end testing to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels and troubleshoot any technical, content and communications issues
Your qualifications:
- Experience with eCommerce: Understanding of eCommerce flows, sales funnels to implement effective campaigns
- Understanding of campaign tracking (Google Analytics 4 GA4), user behavior insights, and A/B testing
- Skilled at using Contentsquare or similar for in-depth analysis of digital interactions and optimizing customer journeys. (advantage)
- Ability to update and manage web content to ensure consistency with campaign messaging using CMS tools
- Proficient in tools like Customer.io for building, automating, and tracking email and SMS campaigns
- Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, website) and tracking results for optimization
- Data-Driven Optimization: Experience interpreting data and analytics from multiple sources to refine campaigns and recommend improvements
- Project Coordination: Ability to manage timelines, collaborate across departments, and ensure seamless campaign execution
- Proficient in German and English: all other languages are a bonus
