Are you an experienced Risk Management Administrator in Switzerland looking for a new challenge? Our client, a globally operating financial services company, is seeking an experienced Risk Management Administrator to join their team in the greater region of Buchs, SG.

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee business risks, regulatory compliance, and controls, as well as draft and review our client’s policies and procedures. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to review and establish risk mitigators, contingency plans, and recovery processes. This newly created in-house position offers a unique opportunity to shape and develop the risk and compliance function within their organization. You will work closely with team members and senior stakeholders to support the diverse activities of a leading trust administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to manage the company's risk registers and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct internal control reviews to identify issues and develop remediation steps
  • Maintain controls and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Support auditors consultants and stakeholders and provide overall team support
  • Raise awareness of business continuity best practices protocols and procedures
  • Assist in the prevention identification and management of incidents including root cause analysis
  • Communicate frequently with senior management

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant certifications
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of risk management control procedures and compliance matters
  • Strong experience with industry standards
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a diverse international environment as a reliable team player
  • Focus on accuracy detail and quality with sound judgment and integrity
  • Positive attitude resilience flexibility and commitment to team objectives
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly and adapt to competing demands
