You take over an existing book of international clients of a family. Working closely together with the Private Banking Team, you get to know the family, as well as the company culture, for being able to serve these sophisticated clients the best way possible.

Description
- Manage an existing portfolio of assets for a family, spread across Europe and South America.
- Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining communication and anticipating client needs.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships by understanding financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
- Support families in managing complex holding structures and family governance.
- Offer holistic and practical advice for sophisticated HNWI/UHNWI clients.
- Develop and enhance investment services to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring transparency and clarity in financial matters.
- Apply expertise in wealth creation, management, and transfer solutions.
Profile
- Extensive experience as a Relationship Manager / Account Manager of an own HNWI/UHNWI client portfolio in a Family Office, Bank, EAM etc.
- Skilled in identifying client needs, providing tailored financial advice, and offering updates on market developments and portfolios.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to risk and compliance standards.
- Adaptable, proactive, and pragmatic problem-solver with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Spanish and/or German is a plus.
