How you can make a difference :

• Have good knowledge of leadership principles to develop a team of expirienced Project Leaders
• Coordinate the core tasks and goals of the team in an interlocked Project-Matrix from Product Development-, Operations Excellence-, till Oganisatorical Projects
• Deliver multi-year, (multi)-team goals according to the overall stratecical and tactical focus
• Coordinate and develop the team in the challening field of multiple Project- and Programm Management within the Project Portfolio of Hamilton Robotics
• Participate in the company day-to-day operations by leading by example and with a hands-on mentality
• Motivation to further develop and continuing improve the Project Portfolio Management of Robotics
• Disciplinary and professionally manage the assigned organizational unit, in particular promotion and further development of employees with special skills

That's what you bring along :

• Master's degree in life science or engineering
• Several years of experience in the field of laboratory automation of advantage
• Postgraduate studies in Project Management (PMI)
• Acting independently, decisively, responsibly, innovatively and as a people motivator
• Confident negotiating and presenting in English and German
