As a D2C Away from Home Product Owner at Coca-Cola HBC, you’ll lead the strategy and development of our Coke&Go digital solution, shaping its growth across international markets. With a blend of commercial acumen and digital marketing expertise, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results while championing customer-first strategies. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our D2C vision, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution. In this exciting role, you will work on two levels:
For your Commercial Responsibilities (60%), you will:
- Drive the strategy for our consumer facing app, our D2C AFH digital solution (Coke&GO inside Coke App), acting as the first point of contact for CCH Business Units and Coca-Cola central teams
- Indirectly drive the product development roadmap for CCH markets via close collaboration with the TCCC global product owner
- Translate consumer requests into features and stories tied to commercial KBIs (with SCRUM master) so that TCCC global product owner prioritizes them in the product backlog
- Lead the Coke&Go pilot in 3 current markets and assess business opportunities for subsequent international roll outs of our D2C AFH app in close collaboration with BUs
- Educate CCH Group teams and CCH Business Units on CCH’s D2C AFH vision, conduct trainings and community calls to ensure product utilization and rollout (with Group Capability development manager)
- Be responsible for project management with a diverse set of stakeholders across the global Coca-Cola System
- Own and drive commercial deliverables, KBIs and performance targets (revenue, consumer traction etc.) to grow D2C AFH in line with Coke & Go BP25 and LRP
- Develop a strategic framework for D2C AFH, based on data analytics and insights
- Represent D2C AFH in the agile routines of the newly formed autonomous retail pod
- Shape CCH’s D2C AFH strategy by closely collaborating with other departments within CCH (e.g. Coffee, packageless etc.) ensuring all plans in D2C AFH are in sync
For your Digital Marketing responsibilities (40%), you will:
- Develop a digital marketing framework for D2C AFH Acquisition and Retention & Loyalty marketing, designed to reach business targets
- Lead budget negotiations with TCCC on a central level for acquisition marketing and with BUs for R&L marketing
- Educate CCH Group teams and CCH Business Units on CCH’s D2C AFH digital marketing
- Support BU Retention & Loyalty Managers in setting up CRM processes and design strong local R&L campaigns
- Be accountable for the execution of the system operating model as per the consumer engagement agreement with TCCC
You can be successful in this role, if you:
- Have 5 or more years of relevant professional experience in digital product development, CRM processes and e-commerce in an international environment
- Have strong know-how in digital marketing and marketing automation
- Have track record of delivering commercial results and is data/number literate to interpret the data and draw out actionable insights to deliver business results
- Have experience working agile methods (Scrum certification is a plus)
- Have excellent influencing and communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and cross functional support teams
- Are resilient and delivery orientated – gets things done on time and in a well-organized fashion
- Think "customer first" and can represent the voice of the customer
- Are Driven personality with proactive thinking and hands-on mentality
- Have Experience in project management and/or business development
