  • Professional experience in being a Scrum Master for software engineering teams working within agile frameworks

  • Experience in the agile transformation of teams and organizations is an advantage

  • A communicative typewho knows the wayaround moderation, coaching and / or conflict management

  • You value trust and transparency and lead by example

  • You have a natural positivepersonality which is demonstrated through theenthusiasm you bring into our teams

  • You like to promote and establish personal responsibility and self-organization in the Scrum Teams

  • Cultural understanding of cross-located teams, experience with such a setup would be beneficial (willingness to travel max 5% within Europe)

  • Language(s): English fluent, German nice to have
