During your 12-month internship, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the Global HR management of GF Piping Systems. As part of the strategic HR team, you will actively participate in international projects and even take responsibility for smaller projects yourself.

Your tasks

• Collaborate on international HR projects related to the topics Talent Management & Employer Attractiveness OR Culture Movement OR Learning & Development
• Create internal communication relating to events (e.g., workshops & trainings) and projects
• Assist in planning, executing, and following up on events (virtual and onsite)
• Support the Global HR team with various administrative HR activities

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Media Design, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communication, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with MS Teams tools and MS Forms is a plus
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge and implement ideas independently
• Proactive and structured work style
• Good German language skills are an advantage
