About the Role
The Associate Client Executive II (Tax & Accounting, Audit) is primarily focused on leading the renewal efforts for existing accounts during renewal window and contributing to upsell sales motions within and outside the renewal window. This position is responsible for retaining existing client relationships in order to achieve client and revenue retention targets within an assigned territory or team.
In this opportunity as an Associate Client Executive you will:
Meet and exceed targets of increasing customer retention and overall territory value ($10mil + across 2,000-3,000 accounts)
Meet and exceed upsell targets for existing customers, through coordination with sales counterparts (2-3 sales reps)
Review existing customer accounts, assessing needs, addressing concerns and presenting new products and/or services
Provide high quality account management and support to assigned accounts as defined by management
Communicate and coordinate retention activities with other groups as appropriate
Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts
Maintain knowledge of internal business systems to efficiently gather and research customer information, provide accurate pricing and discount information.
Meet and maintain established customer outreach & meeting metrics
Coordinate new sales efforts with 2-3 Sales Executives
Develop client relationships and drive territory value
About You
You're a fit for the Associate Client Executive role if your background includes:
Experience working in an account management/sales or customer service environment
Knowledge of the Accounting & Audit industry is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers
Professional attitude and strong service orientation
Highly motivated with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Effective analytical and decision-making skills
Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
University/college degree may be preferred, equivalent experience may be considered depending on position/department.
