For our central Finance & Controlling team in our headquarters in Adligenswil (CH) we are looking for a
Your contribution to our success
- Ensure accurate monthly orders and sales reporting by product group, industry and sales office across the group
- Collaborate closely with sales administration to ensure proper order processing, timely invoicing and correct credit notes to customers
- Main contact person for credit insurance: review coverage, bad debts exposure and collection performance
- Review customer's credit and ensure proper implementation together with sales department
- Review monthly group financials per entity and follow up with local contacts if needed
- Provide support in the setup and implementation of Sales and Marketing Controlling
- Support Finance & Controlling team in group consolidation and reporting to Japan HQ
- Responsible for issuing the monthly databook to senior management and maintaining templates
- Carry out ad hoc analysis and prepare reports for local and group management
- Participate in budget and forecast preparations
- Develop and maintain KPI's and standardize them across group entities and functions
- Key user of BI applications (SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Embedded Analytics)
- Ad hoc support and back-up within the Finance & Controlling team upon request
Your Profile
- University or similar degree
- at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position and/or in Finance/Controlling of an international group
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Advanced skills of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good German and English communication skills (both written and spoken)
