The Role
Overview
The Explore Account Service Representative (ASR) is a critical touchpoint between our enterprise customers and the rest of the Explore organization. They are the first point of contact between Explore and the customer’s day-to-day operations teams who consume our data solutions. They interpret customer requests and convert them into production parameters to deliver appropriate results. The Account Service Representative is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the setup and production of all assigned customer products, ensuring accurate on-time delivery of data output and the communication of production status. They answer customer questions on product capability and perform research into questions regarding data output. This role partners with the Explore Account Executives who form a highly focused team supporting our insurance customers accounts.
What You’ll Do
Set up and maintain production parameters of purchased products and ensure that the outcome is in line with customer expectations
Manage the receipt of customer data files, the monthly production process, and ensure product delivery is in line with customer expectations and delivery deadlines
Maintain contact with Insurance Customers/Strategic Alliance on a scheduled basis to ensure customer satisfaction and recommend changes to improve the customer experience.
Act as the liaison between the Insurance Company, Explore Business Analysts and Explore Sales, to resolve customer issues, and answer questions.
Monitor customer compliance with regulatory requirements for data security and privacy ensuring the proper documents are signed and data is being transferred using secured methods.
What You’ll Bring
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, analytical, highly organized and detail oriented
Experience working with technology and data a plus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
