(Senior) Maintenance Engineer

The MAM organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Execution Systems activities. This occurs in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing & Technical Organization (MTO) and in conjunction with key partners, to create one integrated internal/external network.


We are looking for a maintenance engineer to support the Device Assembly and Packaging Department.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the definition and implementation of maintenance strategies

  • Lead root-cause and quality investigations and develop adequate technical solutions

  • Responsible and accountable for the safe execution of job activities in compliance with EHS guidelines, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site and team practices and procedures

  • Close collaboration with stakeholders on site (Business Units, QA, EHS&S, sustainability, etc) as well as with the global organization (MAM LM Platform, MSAT Device and Packaging Technical Launch Integrators and Packaging Center of Excellence)

  • You monitor and analyze equipment reliability performance to drive continuous improvement (Overall Equipment Efficiency)

  • Provide input to future equipment strategy in Device Assembly and Packaging

  • Ensure equipment readiness to support successful launch of new products

  • Participation in internal and external audits (GMP, EHS and FM)
