Your Role:
- Provide IT support for end-users on Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
- Manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets, ensuring efficient stock and device management.
- Handle deployment of Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems, ensuring seamless configuration and setup.
- Assist in maintaining and improving IT processes to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and support IT initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to optimizing the IT workplace.
Your Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting both Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of fundamental cyber security principles.
- Bonus: Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
