The Business Solutions team plays an integral role in the strategy, architecture, design/acquisition, implementation, and management of various business applications and software solutions to enable planning, efficient operation, automation, and reporting needs of the company.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Solutions Manager in the Digital applications area to join our dynamic team.
• As the Business Solutions Manager in the Digital area, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the successful delivery and maintenance of various guest facing and operational mobile and web applications.
• Your expertise in software architecture, integrations, APIs, and project management will be crucial in driving the organization towards efficient and effective outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Solution Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
• Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end solution implementation projects, including planning, resource (external and internal) allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure effective implementation of business solutions.
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new business solutions across the organization.
• Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and technologies.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external vendors or partners as necessary, and manage relationships to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project updates, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience (5 years) in leading application development and/or off-the-shelf application implementation projects
• Strong understanding of API management, architecture and design principles (especially RESTful APIs), gateway/load balancing and other integration patterns
• Ability to organize web application and API tests, and automate them
• Solid knowledge of cloud-based technologies, preferably with Microsoft Azure
• Solid understandidng of SQL is required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to developer teams (internal or external)
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like JIRA Software is a plus
• Experience with Azure automation and PowerShell is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
