You'll play an important role in implementing a cutting-edge HR information system, and improve our employee experience. Managing employee records and orchestrating seamless recruitment and onboarding experiences, your contributions will leave a lasting impact on our people and our future.

Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Personnel Administration: You'll be the backbone of our team, maintaining master data, and crafting employment contracts, references, and certificates with precision and care.
  • Recruiting and Onboarding: You'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition, from creating and publishing compelling job advertisements to coordinating interviews and guiding new employees through an exceptional onboarding process.
  • Payroll: You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate monthly payroll accounting while tackling payroll and social security issues with expertise.
  • Employee Support: You'll be the go-to person for our employees, providing top-notch support on HR-related matters, clarifying questions about working hours, holiday planning, and company regulations.
  • Processes and Optimization: You'll collaborate on the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and support the rollout of our new HR information system (Oracle), making a significant impact on our efficiency and effectiveness.
