What to expect

• Ensure compliance with the applicable laws, regulations, and standards
• Conducting compliance monitoring, analysis, assessment and second level controls in the areas of AFC (AML/CTF/Sanctions/Bribery & Corruption)
• Advising and supporting senior management and employees on AFC issues and projects
• Assisting in the development of internal guidelines
• Participation in local and Group projects a.o. with a regulatory background
• Planning and conducting internal trainings
• Reporting to local and Group functions

The skills you'll bring

• Masters (University or university of applied sciences) degree in business administration, finance, banking, law or a related field
• Further training in the field of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) is an advantage, e.g. CAMS or other specialized certificates
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of AFC at a fund management company/Asset Manager or other financial institution
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; Italian is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, structured, and self-reliant way of working
• High self-motivation, commitment, and self-discipline
