Your Impact
- You are part of the Analytics & AI team of PwC Switzerland based in Zürich. Our team consists of 20+ experts supporting customers in their digital automation and transformation journeys
- You primarily work with clients to automate their processes and procedures
- You will join projects supporting our clients' digital transformation in designing, automating and validating processes as well as target operating models by leveraging standard workflow tools or automation tools, e.g. Appian, Pegasus, Alteryx, UI Path, PowerApps
- You report to senior client stakeholders and project managers and build rapport quickly
- You will support the build up of the automation practice reporting into senior stakeholders with business development activities
- You bring strong project management, communication and team leadership skills paired with technical expertise in workflow automation, databases and IT infrastructure
Your Skill Set
- You have a higher-education degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Econometrics, Business Administration/Economics with strong IT focus (University, HF / FH) or similar.
- You are passionate in driving value through digital transformation across organizations by means of automation
- You have a “can do” attitude and like to solve challenging problems even when under pressure.
- You want to be exposed to different clients and work in an open and caring culture where your decisions matter.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with different internal or external stakeholders.
- You have 2-3 years of experience in workflow automation and requirements engineering. PowerBI and UX Design experience for Dashboards is a plus.
- You are fluent (written and spoken) in German and English.
