A Swiss advisory firm / family office responsible for wealth management of a single family is seeking an Office Manager / Administrator.
Investments comprise all asset classes, both traditional (such as bonds, listed equities, FX and derivatives) and alternative (such as private investments).
Administrative responsibilities:
- Office administration
- Organizing the office and supporting the team in optimizing performance
- Organizing concierge services and assisting the UBOs in their personal affairs is an integral part of the daily activities
- Oral and written translations in English, German and Russian
- Planning and preparation of meetings
- Review of contractor invoices according to offers and work done
- Maintaining a maintenance calendar and list of open tasks and monitoring performance
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested by clients and management
Education and skills & experience:
Education: bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration /
management / finance / capital markets / economics or related disciplines
Experience / skills: work experience in family offices / investment funds /
banks of 3 years
Languages: fluency in English, German and Russian is required
IT skills: advanced IT skills, especially excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus)
Remuneration depends on the skills and competences of a prospective candidate.
Relocation to Switzerland (Canton Zug) is mandatory as job requires visits and meetings with partners and management. The candidate must be a holder of EU passport or Swiss residency permit (level B or higher).
