As a Manager, you will lead and contribute to high-impact advisory projects, such as business traveler compliance, equity-based compensation strategies, and mobility technology solutions, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach. You will manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and provide strategic, actionable insights tailored to client needs. Your role will involve staying abreast of industry trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality, accurate solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to high-impact advisory projects, such as business traveler compliance, equity-based compensation strategies, and mobility technology solutions, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach
- Manage project teams, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring that all team members are working towards common goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored tax advice and solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to optimize their tax positions and support their business objectives
- Ensure that all advisory services are delivered with the highest level of technical accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tax laws, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge advice and solutions
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with global EY member firms to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on international tax matters
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and workshops to discuss tax strategies, updates, and project progress, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
- Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence and client satisfaction
- Review and approve project outputs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance
Skills and attributes for success
- A recognized diploma in Law, Economics or equivalent, with a good understanding of international mobility topics
- 5 to 7 years of experience in an International Mobility, Mobility Consulting or similar role
- Excellent organizational with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of efficiency
- High degree of flexibility, adapt to changing client and stakeholders needs, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed with a commitment to high quality and accuracy, and adhering to professional standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with colleagues and clients
