About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Building and managing a comprehensive approach to legal support for the EMEA region to ensure the successful uplift of the brand and transformation

Excellence and enjoyment in leading and managing a team with members in different locations

Providing functional support and guidance to legal geography activities managed by the Commercial organization

Advising on key legal requirements and assisting in creating and implementing geographic and local initiatives, including opportunity analysis, risk assessments, practical/creative alternatives, and sustainable solutions

Developing, drafting, reviewing, and making recommendations in connection with complex and business-relevant contracts, taking into account and maximizing business requirements, protection of Swarovski assets, and mitigation of key risks

Managing outside counsel, including the management and reporting on litigation and dispute resolutions, including budget responsibilities

Providing ongoing advice and counsel to key members of the relevant market cluster leadership team, including key management representatives, on all aspects of distribution, marketing local sales initiatives, employment, and regulatory compliance, and interfaces with central teams within Swarovski
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

University degree

Minimum 12 years of professional experience in providing cutting-edge legal support for geography/market activities in brand-intensive industries (luxury, apparel, etc.)

Strength in relying on personal judgment and business acumen

Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Concentrated legal knowledge of the requirements for EMEA market activities, being the organization’s expert within the Legal function
-
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
-
Proficiency in other languages will be an asset
