Your mission:

As part of the Skyguide Academy, the job holder performs tasks for the Administrative Support Team within the training organization. She/he offers an efficient, effective, and timely service to all customers.

Your tasks:

Provides administrative support services within the Skyguide Academy for all internal and external customers according to the standards and requirements

Operating the daily direct Training Support Administration and Training Event Organization

Operating the Licensing Administration Office (LCAO)

Interact with Air Traffic Controller candidates, including recruitment administration

Represent the Training Support Team on coordination meetings with stakeholders

Initiate proposals and improvements to increase the service provision and efficiency

What we are looking for:

Matura or vocational apprenticeship with federal certificate

Solid work experience in administration and support activities

Proficient user of MS-Office and ability to familiarize with new tools

You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way.
