Job Description- Overseeing global IT operations.
- Manage and lead physical and virtual teams of IT service delivery managers.
- Ensure adherence to IT strategy, policies, security protocols, and access rights.
- Reorganize and enhance IT operations for improved efficiency.
- Oversee the delivery of global IT services and license management (e.g., Microsoft).
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and third-party providers.
- Track compliance with SLAs and KPIs for day-to-day provider management.
- Establish IT infrastructure solutions for construction sites.
- Control and track tickets and incidents, including third-party provider issues.
- Conduct audits (ISO, JSOX) and prepare IT budgets for hardware, software, and training initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science.
- 6+ years' experience in managing IT operation department.
- Proven expertise in project management and team leadership.
- Strong experience with third-party service providers.
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL and process management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in English and German (spoken and written).
