Location: Baar Office, Zug, Switzerland / Hybrid

Main Purpose of the Role
As the Director of Human Resources for the Le Creuset Group, you will be a key member of the management team who provides leadership to the organisation in all areas of Human Resources.
To work closely with the management team and various corporate partners on the end-toend employee life cycle and execution of people strategies for the organisation. Most importantly, you will serve as our Le Creuset talent ambassador, taking ownership of the employee experience through all phases of the hiring, retaining, developing, and motivating cycle, ensuring a positive experience for each employee who becomes a part of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic direction of company HR policies, procedures, systems, and talent initiatives across all regions.
- Support managers and staff with oversight for organisational growth, employee relations, performance, compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
- Build talent pool through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with key business partners.
- Oversee field development, training, and succession planning.
- Develop, coordinate, recommend, assist in implement, control and manage HR budgets and best practices for the life cycle of the employees in all jurisdictions (from recruitment, onboarding to termination).
- Keep current on knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources and HR policies.
- Support Le Creuset Group on HR tasks as needed and directed.
- Provide high level senior advisory role on HR issues to other company executives and all levels of employees within the company.
- Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.
- Ensure that at all times you take care of your health and safety and that of others by complying with health and safety obligations, particularly by reporting promptly any defects, risks or potential hazards.

Knowledge Required
Experienced senior level human resource professional with the highest standards of integrity who has led and managed international teams spanning many of the human resources functions, including employee relations, learning and development, HR systems, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational development, recruitment and retention, and safety. Proven track record of identifying and implementing programmes of change.
Skills & Qualifications
- CIPD qualification.
- Good all round education with at least GCSE or equivalent level passes in Maths and English.
- IT skills to intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills.

Other Information
- International Travel - The position requires International travel overseas which will require staying away from home. A full, clean driving licence and valid Passport are required
