FC Commercial Activator - Guatemala
- Accountable of the business sector and retailer in terms of net sales, market share, fill rate, forecast accuracy and gross profit.
- Responsible for the development of the Joint Business Plan with the retailers, negotiating with WM regional buyers, subdirectors, and directors.
- Influence and work with local commercial and functions teams to manage the business in the account, influence on business strategy and define steps to deliver results.
- Define an efficient and attractive portfolio of the products to maximize sales and profits in the category.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationship with key customers that allows for the construction of joint plans to grow categories.
Capabilities & Experience:
- Commercial Excellence: ability to design and deliver commercial & RGM capabilities to maximize profitable and sustainable revenue with +8 years of commercial experience in different industries displaying drive for results mindset.
- Strong decision making, influence and drive commercial strategy through share salesforce (different levels of seniority) and cross functional collaboration.
- Strong financial acumen of the business, issues faced by K-C, and mission / goals.
- Change agent – an ability to deal confidently with ambiguity, motivate people through transformation and mobilize teams to action.
