- Single contact for EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business group Insights and Analytics . Part of the EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business leadership team representing I&A
- I&A lead responsible for generation and delivery of insights to be critical deployment and execution of commercial resources across the EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business Cluster business to produce >$1b in revenues across the CSLB product portfolio.
- Accomplished with understanding of pharma environment within complex markets across EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business & also able to represent with EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business disciplines across Insights & Analytics (Salesforce effectiveness, business analytics, forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence)
- Experienced in leading a global team of diverse resources within matrix environment. Will lead a team of geographically dispersed country leads providing insights and analytics support to EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business underlying affiliates
Responsibilities:
- Lead team supporting EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business with insights and analytics to inform commercial execution across the CSLB portfolio.
- Lead geographically dispersed sales operations and brand analytics for EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business affiliate teams
- Promote local distribution across I&A shared service capabilities (market research, competitive intelligence, data and reporting)
- Use understanding of business dynamics and I&A technical capabilities, mobilize resources across I&A capability areas to produce relevant insights that promote APAC/DACH/EUCAN our performance
- Dual hats as EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business lead (member of EUCAN and LATAM/Partner Business leadership team) and managing Analytics and Sales Ops leads supporting cluster affiliates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field. MBA or other post graduate qualifications.
- Minimum 12 prior years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Multiple years' experience leading teams. Experience with global , matrixed, teams
- Experience in specialty/rare disease data including acquisition and integration of specialty pharmacy data and use of secondary claims data
- Experience across all areas of sales operations and brand analytics including sales incentive compensation design and operations, customer targeting, Salesforce understanding, brand performance analytics & reporting, market analysis
- Advanced analytical skills; Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau. SAP knowledge preferred.
