You will join the Automated Vehicle Marshalling (AVM) team as Senior Project Manager who can lead and manage multiple complex projects bringing them from conception to successful completion. Project Management & Execution:
- 7+ years of project management or operations - Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and experience in automotive logistics, autonomous delivery of pilot and rollout projects for Automated vehicles, or similar. Vehicle Marshalling.
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related
- Coordinate timelines, budget, resource allocation, and field. stakeholder communication to meet project
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with milestones. multiple stakeholders. Project management
- Together with R&D, prioritise delivery of product certification (PMP, CAPM or the likes) preferred features, including safety certification.
- Exceptional communication (English & German), - Act as the primary point of contact for customers negotiation and relationship management skills. during project phases. - Detail-oriented with the ability to balance deep focus

- Experience with autonomous driving systems
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure system availability and safety.
- Monitor and report on system performance during testing and deployment phases.
