Junior R&D Automation Project Leader

You are a technically experienced person and are characterized by an analytical, solution-oriented and independent way of working. We are looking for a committed specialist to join our R&D team as a Junior R&D Automation Project Leader.
You will develop and implement innovative production systems and continuously optimize processes. You will be responsible for the technical project management of automation projects in accordance with EDP and promote the further development of our manufacturing solutions through proactive technology analyses

Your Challenges

• Technical project management for automation projects in accordance with EDP

• Development and implementation of new production facilities (design, construction, commissioning, documentation)

• Collaboration in product development (R&D) with a focus on design for manufacturing (DFM)

• Coordination of resources and interfaces

• Optimization and further development of the Equipment Development Process (EDP)

• Technology scouting and evaluation of new production technologies

Your Profile

• Basic technical training and engineering degree (mechanical engineering, automation, systems engineering, mechatronics, robotics)

• Several years of experience in the development of automation solutions

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Solution-oriented, analytical, conscientious, proactive

• Structured, methodical way of working

• Experience in project management

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
