Talvik Trust Services AG (“Talvik”) is Vaduz-based Trustee Company licensed by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority and forms part of a world-class trust structure and private investment group. The group invests globally, across all major asset classes in institutional size. Talvik’s core responsibilities include:
- Key enabler within the group
- Providing investment and trust administration
- Payment execution and cash balance management
- Accounting, cost control, budgeting, and reporting
- Document management and data security
- Compliance activities
- Director, trustee, and stakeholder support
We are looking for a Reporting Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining all financial management reports of the organization and have strong previous experience in a similar role. The Reporting Specialist works closely with the Reporting, Accounting- and Payments team members and reports to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of quarterly updates, comments, and alignment of reporting packages (System landscape: MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, SharePoint)
- Development of new cost controlling reports
- Continuous report improvements and regular exchange with report stakeholders
- Reduction of manual data uploads and support for reporting automation
- Cooperation with our bank for automated exchange of account statements and currency rates to assist our accounting team for account reconciliations and cash flow management
- Development of a digital approval process for invoices (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Daily support for the operational business with payment preparations, payment reviews and payment executions to identify automation opportunities
Requirements
- You have already been in a similar role as an employee in a Finance or Controlling department and you are holding a university degree e.g. in Finance Controlling, Finance Accounting or Business Informatics
- You can work efficiently, diligently and independently in an international environment
- You are organized, accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity
- You have professional excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- You have a can-do positive mindset, resilient, flexible and willing to support team objectives
- The office location is in Vaduz, Liechtenstein
