Due to business expansion, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant who will provide exceptional service to their clients and candidates. You’ll play a key role in developing our IT talent pipeline and contributing to the ongoing growth of our business. We are offering a great salary and commission scheme as well as other benefits for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Drive business growth by identifying leads and collaborating with colleagues to maximize opportunities across FinTech and banking sectors.
• Build a pipeline of top IT talent through innovative sourcing methods such as headhunting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment and business development.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry, tools, and technologies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven and achievement-oriented mindset.
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
