HR & Payroll Specialist
Join our dynamic team in Basel - Allschwil (CH) and be a key player in our HR department!
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll and address payroll-related queries.
- Handle Swiss social security, insurances, and family allowances.
- Liaise with Swiss tax authorities.
- Reconcile payroll results.
- Provide daily HR services and respond to employee inquiries.
- Perform general HR administration (contracts, lists, reference letters, etc.).
- Collaborate with HR Manager and Business Partners on HR initiatives (performance management, employee engagement, rewards, etc.).
- Organize onboarding for new employees.
- Coordinate employee entry and exit procedures.
- Manage invoices with SAP.
- Administer the ISOtrain system.
- Maintain the time registration system.
Requirements:
- Commercial or similar education; financial background is a plus.
- 2+ years in HR administration with payroll experience.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Abacus is a bonus.
- Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage.
- Team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Swiss/EU work authorization required.
