The Longevity Investors Conference is the most exclusive conference for longevity investors. LIC provides relevant insights into the longevity subject, expert education, investment opportunities, excellent networking opportunities and a great setting in an exclusive location. The two full days conference is bringing together the world’s top longevity KOLs, institutional and private investors, wealthy private investors, family offices and funds.
The Role
We are looking for an Event Manager who will be directly working with our Founding Partners and Head of Events to plan and organize all aspects of LIC.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the planning and execution of the Longevity Investors Conference in Gstaad, as well as any satellite events such as the Longevity Investors Lunch in Davos during the World Economic Forum
- Defining the strategy and tactics to achieve our meetings and events goals
- Developing a speaker network with professionals in the longevity field
- Outreach and negotiating with existing and new potential sponsors for the LIC
- Managing the meeting and conference social media strategy up to and during the event
- Supervising all staff (event coordinators, caterers, etc.)
- Analyzing the event's success, preparing reports, and coming up with suggestions to enhance the event's success

- Entrepreneurial-minded event/conference manager with at least 5 to 10 years of experience, who is flexible and performs well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to execute meetings and conferences which inspire our audiences
- Top performer of your peer group, whether at university or on the job
