CNC Polymechanic
The Polymechanic performs component maintenance and repair activities (as tests, repairs, overhauls and modifications) in accordance with valid work instructions and in compliance with related regulations considering time, cost, and quality at all times.
Your tasks
- Mechanical processing of various engine and aircraft parts
- Precise work according to manufacturer and engineering documentation
- Document the work carried out
- Responsible for the independent control of the work carried out as well as its quality assurance
- Continuous improvement of the processes to be carried out with the aim of optimizing quality and safety
- Application of Lean Six Sigma (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating resources
Your profile
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in MRO industry
- In-depth Knowledge and Experience in programming of control systems
- Proficient with use of machine tools and precision measuring instruments
- Aptitude to read blueprints, read/work from drawings
- Sense of responsibility in terms of safety, quality, performance, and costs
- Autonomous and accurate working abilities
- High reliability
- Team player
- Good IT knowledge
- English Level minimum B1
- Readiness for two-shift work
